Decree 3932 about “Measures to improve the system of land reclamation” was adopted on October 29, in 2007 by the President of Republic Uzbekistan. One of the ways to improve the conduction of the soil using the open or close drainage. The importance of using horizontal drains in agriculture is high tariffs in land using and low cost of operation. It doesn’t interfere to the operation of the mechanisms.
